At first I was very hesitant to be moving in Hialeah. I came across Sunhouse apartments online and they looked so nice that I had to go take a look myself that same day. The apartment that I was possibly moving in to was being remodel so it was a little hard to see the whole picture but the staff was very nice and helpful they showed me pictures on how it was going to look like. I said yes to applying without the apparent being done completely. It was the best decision I made. The apartment came out amazing and the whole process was very easy and all done electronically. Sunhouse apartments is very nice and relaxing place. And the best part about it, it’s pet friendly which a lot of apartments /condominiums are not lately. Also if you have any issues at your apartment they are very fast on helping you fix the issue which is also a great thing.

Very rude manager, pool is always closed and they don’t want to open it during operating hours, always an issue with parking. The definition of an apartment catfish. Looks nothing like the pictures. If I could give a zero I would.

I would not recommend living here. The place looks nothing like the pictures. As soon as I started living in the apartment with my kids, we wanted to leave super badly. There were roaches around the entire place and as much as they tried to fix it, they would always come back. The neighbors and people around the place are extremely loud and do not respect others. They like to go outside very late and start talking on the phone very loudly. The walls to the apartments are very thin and you can hear everything that others are saying. My parking spot was always being taken by someone else and the office did nothing to help. The worker in the office (Gloria) took SUPER long to give me back my deposit. When I moved out, I kept calling asking for my deposit and got it like 3 months later. Overall this place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend living here.
