Horrible experience. Especially for my first time seeing a dermatologist. I went in for a small cyst that was bothering me and waited almost two months to be seen. I showed up early but had to wait for someone to open. The doctor that saw me didn’t make me feel welcomed or anything. I got bad vibes for it being my first time. Thats not worth giving the poor review though. What upsets me the most is that the girl that gave me the cortisol shot for the cyst near my eye didn’t even inject it into the cyst. She was way off and I knew right away something was going to go bad because before she started she didn’t even bother to ask me where it was!!! She just knew the area but she didn’t feel for it or confirm with me where it is. Because at the time you can only see it if I raised my eyebrows. Now my cyst has grown bigger at a faster rate than it was before. I cant believe that I look worse now. Now without even having to make facial expressions you can notice the cyst, and it feels sensitive to touch it. When I wash my face it hurts and gives me eye pains. Right now it’s worse but a couple days after my appointment (when I tried explaining to them that I could tell it was getting bigger) The lady on the phone told me “well it shouldn’t be getting bigger” and just said she could reschedule to see me sooner (a month from now) I have to seek help somewhere else now and waste more time and money. This is affecting my self esteem and mental health. I feel so insecure making eye contact with people now.

Love this place, very friendly and super fast. In and out every time. Never thought going to the doctor's office would be so pleasant.

Dr. Yourcheck was my favorite Dr. I've ever seen. He was kind and caring and knew his craft well. He knew I had Exzema with in seconds of seeing me. Which when I had been seen my "physician" she could not give me a straight answer on my ailment even after blood work. My skin no longer itched after 2 days and the area was healed with in 2 weeks. Well worth going!
