Dr. Ravi is the best pain doctor I have had a good fortune to meet; he diagonsed my source of pain when my primary care and other pain doctors missed it. He even helps me with problems that should have been addressed by my primary care. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and down to earth doctor, Dr. Ravi is your best bet. If you don't believe me, ask any of his patients that he has been treating for more then a few years -- I am sure you will meet them in his waiting room, which is the only negative part of being his patient.

Worst customer service. I had been calling for the past two weeks and the phone just rings and then goes to voicemail. Nobody ever picks up and all during work hours. I had a patient who was scheduled with them, he missed his appointment and he had been calling to r/s for weeks and he never heard from them. Today when I called and someone finally answered, I was told that the Doctor refuses to see the patient because he missed his appointment and numerous calls were made to him days before to remind him of the appt, which is NOT true. I also asked why they never answer the phone and all I got was an "I don't know, I haven't been here the last couple days" From working in the medical field, this is such a disappointment. I thought patient care always came first?
