The person who answered my phone call was 100% unhelpful. She couldn't tell me what our HOA discount was even though it's been offered for years. Couldn't order and pay for paint over the phone. She said she could mix it until I came in. Couldn't tell me if they could retint a light shade from the same color family. Never this store again. Even with the price of gas, I will drive to the Salida store where they were 100% helpful, courteous, and efficient.

My Husband and I came into the store to match some paint we needed for our deck. Not only were the staff helpful, but they were able to save us money on a great deck paint. Assistant Manager Chris A. went above and beyond helping us out. He matched our paint so well that we couldn't tell the difference once we applied it. Thank you to all the staff for your help and care throughout the process. Also, a great sidenote. Their products are very well priced. Many if not all items in store are cheaper than lowes. Check them out first before heading to the big named stores.

All of the staff at the store are great but especially Scott he is so helpful really knows his trade, told me he was a painter for over 30 years, and explained everything about the products what to do and what not to do. The Sonora store is so fortunate to have the years of experience now working behind the counter. Answering questions making suggestions and spending time with customers including home owners.
