I’m just passing through and saw this place. The staff are very friendly! They use sulfate-free shampoo (which produces low suds) so it doesn’t dry out their skin and the dryer uses cool air! Good deal for $18.

We haven't bought anything here, but we LOVE their self-service pet wash! It's so convenient and easy to use. Employees are very friendly here, our pup always gets extra treats from them!

Well, maybe this is not fair, because I am not an aficionado of pet supply stores......my husband re-living the 15 Big Sur Marathons he's run, we stopped at the Marathon end at the Crossroads and in our wanderings, I saw rte. Pet Food express. Well, my daughter just rescued an abused Husky/poodle puppy and this being Christmas and me now having a grand dog, I wandered in. Oh my. One my left, off a little room a dog was being lovingly washed. A clerk immediately offered to help me and took me to the toys. Such an incredible choice, I went wild. When I went to check out the helpful clerk told me I needed to choose one more because if you buy 4 you get one free. It was such a fun experience. Too bad I live in LA.
