There baked goods are delicious! But the staff was not friendly at all. They gave us no information about what they do there. Our trip out felt kind of pointless.

Elk meat, kale, squash, hot sweet peppers, and couple home-made cookies. Got what we wanted. Couldn't get blueberries cause turkeys ate them all. Heled put with our picnicThanks, Ronald!

We arrived at this establishment which we found out that they are closed on Tuesdays. The owner came from across the street and opened for us! We made our purchase (bison medallions!) and a few other items. Fantastic pies (homemade- delish!). A definite must visit!, Be sure to wear a 😷!... EnjoyGlad we were able to open for you, so you didn't miss out. Thank you, Jay!

We always stop on the way home to check out the calves and buy some short ribs. Trust me I see the irony. Google "Obama's Short Ribs" for a great recipe. Nice produce also.Thank you, Walt. Glad you enjoy the short ribs!

Masks are required by both employees and customers. A bottle of sanitizer is at the door for customer use. Disposable gloves are available. Door and cooler handles and desk are sanitized after customers leave. Right now, since we are not yet fully open, appointments are recommended; although we do serve drop-in customers if we are available. Owners and employees are all fully vaccinated for Covid-19. The number of customers in the store at any one time is limited.
Hi Sarah, The shop is open right now. I'm sure if you call there, they'll be happy to let you know their winter hours. Summer hours are listed on the website. Check out- https://www.adirondackbuffalocompany.com/ I do hope you try to get up there again sometime. Best wishes, Margaret Smith
We do not stock stew meat, but we do sell chuck roasts ($9.95 per pound) which can be cut up to make great stew meat. We found that the chuck is more tender and costs the same price per pound. Sorry, but we do not ship.
