Great place in Long Lake to stay! Rooms and beds are very comfortable:) We stayed in one of the Motel rooms for 4 days and loved how it had a screened in porch with an adequate sitting area! We also came with our DOG! PET FRIENDLY! Pets are allowed in certain motel rooms and cottages, and you do need to take your dog off the property to go to the bathroom, but that was not a biggy!:) We just loved how we are still close to all Long Lake has to offer as well as feeling secluded and in nature!

Well, how about perfection! For the last twelve years my fiancé and I have stayed all over the Adirondacks; Most often within close vicinity of Old Forge. Those days are over! Let’s start with the village…the views from all directions driving in are out of Long Lake are out of this world. A great mix of high peaks in the distance, frozen lakes & expansive vistas. Gas station, shops, antiques, several small dining establishments and the prized hotel. Absolutely everything you need just a grab away even when in the least densely populated county east of the Mississippi. Ah! Pure bliss! Although we didn’t snowmobile during this trip, our ten year anniversary, there was ample snow to do so which was crisp and plump like marshmallows. Our favorite was just sitting in the cabin looking out at the property caked in snow over a game of Uno. The quality of guest comfort was readily apparent with a fully stocked kitchen, welcoming decor, clean and inviting spaces & all the fixings of any well thought out stay. Again, -25 degrees didn’t stop us from enjoying every space of the cabin, #23, as we spent the mornings watching the dusting of snow fall through the trees and slices of sunshine from the screened in front porch. Can’t imagine how ideal it is in the summer…we will certainly be back to find out! From the area, the grounds, the cabin & the literally fabulous, accommodating & friendly host owners, Dana and Stanley, we highly recommend Motel Long Lake & will do so to friends and family. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, providing you with everything you need to enjoy your Adirondack experience. This was my 8th stay on the property, and I will continue to come back. Each cabin has it's own Adirondack charm, and I fully recommend booking your adventure to experience them all. From lake side, to a wooded setting, the owners have you covered! Absolutely love it here!

Our cottage was adorable,like a tiny house. Clean,neat and had everything we needed and more. Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake. Want to bring more family next time and rent 2 cabins side by side or a bigger one facing the water. We loved this place
