Waited for ages and people who came later had service earlier… chaotic management

I've been a customer for two decades. Opened up a business account here and have never been more disappointed. No customer service because they have no appointments, don't reply to email, don't answer the phone, have no voicemail system, no out of office message. The call center support team is helpful, but there are actual banks that value your business. This is not one of them. Closing my account.

I've been a long time BofA customer and this is the worst branch I have ever visited. The customer service is abysmal. With several branch locations closing in the area, it is frustrating that this location is rarely able to help with simple transactions like getting change.

This place is absolutely chaotic. Too busy / crowded. I waited almost an HOUR in line. There’s just ONE bank teller serving more than a dozen customers waiting in line. Had I know it’s this bad, I would have driven 10 miles to another branch, or just walk to the Wells Fargo next door. While waiting in line, I saw a man trying to follow a banker into a restricted area, and two bank employees used their body to block the door. The man probably didn’t see a armored car driver just carried a huge bag of cash? into that area minutes ago, so the bankers cannot let him get too close. The man repeatedly tried to argue with the banker while they kept telling him to back off and they will get back to him later. I was so scared that I thought I was going to witness a bank robbery or shootout. Fortunately the man came to his senses after a few minutes and backed off from the door. Then, I saw an elderly man claiming he’s got <chronic disease that make him vulnerable to covid> and he’s so scared of covid that he wears mask when sleeping. The unmasked bank teller coughed at least thrice into her elbow. No doubt that made the man uneasy. By the time I left, the time was 15 minutes to their close time. More than 20 customers were still waiting. I wonder whether the bankers will work overtime, or the customers will be turned away after waiting for a long time.
