Shout out to Matthew Donovan for taking care of my 2022 TLX Type S warranty issue. He made sure the warranty service went as smooth as possible and made sure I was satisfied with the result. I had nothing but great experience with Jaywolf service department for owning a TLX close to a year now. I had hood cover improperly installed from the factory which resulted in paint rubbing off and peeling. It was a minor issue almost to the point of nitpicking but Acura needed to be aware of this quality issue.

I came to the original Jay Wolfe Acura dealership directly after I got off of work. I arrived 45 minutes before they closed. Not even 5 seconds of walking in the door Xavier greeted me and asked how he could assist me. I told him about a previous experience I had at the Overland Park Acura store. He immediately got the head sales manager Brian. Both Xavier and Brian worked with me to get my wife into an RDX I saw online. They stayed after hours to help me out.They also held the vehicle for 3 days until both my wife and I could look at it together. I told Xavier that my wife knew nothing about Acuras or the RDX I had scoped out for her. He took the time to show my wife every single feature the car had and answered every question my wife or I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the Acura product like the back of his hand. Once we decided we wanted the vehicle Jeff in finance had everything ready to go and we signed the papers and drove off with our RDX within an hour! If you are looking to purchase an Acura or any used vehicle I would highly recommend giving the original Jay Wolfe Acura location a visit!

Very honest and hardworking employees here at a long standing Kansas City auto dealership. The group's (Hendricks/Superior/Jay Wolfe) 103rd & state line location is our favorite and most commonly used location. Our original buying experience was great, and we still have the car over 12 years later, a 17 year old MDX. Service department is fantastic with a nice selection of 20 or so different sandwiches, drinks and snacks while you wait. We don't usually wait long for service. Only negative issue we've ever had is a longstanding alignment issue. When we bought it, we immediately said it was out of alignment and they kept insisting it was in spec. We brought in alignments from other tire shops but Jay Wolfe always said it was in spec. After the warranty expired, then oddly it was out of spec and they wanted to repair it. Try not to ever let a dealership do major non-warranty, non-recall repairs. They'll always be twice as expensive as an independent mechanic, and about 1.5x as much as a minor chain Bennett's Goodyear or specialized independent like Otto or Exact Performance.
