Update 8/29/2022 I recently went in to purchase the vehicle I leased in 2019, It was a smooth and wonderful experience thanks to David Campos! David was very kind and attentive and also helped me explore other new vehicle options before I made my decision because I was indecisive and wanted to see prices. He was very accommodating and explained everything very well. When I decide to return back and purchase a new vehicle I will definitely be seeing David. Highly Recommended! I left my Lincoln Nautilus at the dealership in Paramus for Service for a scheduled appointment at 8AM on Thursday. I was told it would take approx 4 hours and they gave me a ride home. After 4 hours , i called and was told they hadn’t looked at it but it would be done first thing Friday and we should call on Friday morning. Friday morning they said it should be ready by 3:30, at 4PM Friday they still hadn’t looked at it. They couldn’t tell me when they would finish it. Needless to say i asked for the car to her returned and they did. They were obviously not interested in providing the service they are in business to do. It is not the service i expect from a dealership that calls itself a Lincoln dealer, although i have been a Lincoln customer for over 20 years. Regretfully It ill no longer be with All American, they obviously do not value me as a customer.

I went here to purchase a new Bronco, they had 4 to pick from. But they are charging an additional 15,000 to $20,000 on top of window sticker because, they want to. How ridiculous is that especially now when times are difficult for so many people. These guys are ripping of the middle class... what a shame!!! Stay clear of these guys unless you want to get ripped off!!
