Worst service I’ve ever had. Will never use Molle Toyota for service again!

My elderly parents dropped off their vehicle for an oil change on 9/13/2022, and was handed a $600 30K miles service bill at pick up. There was no discussion beforehand of this service since we only made an appt for an oil change. Since my parents were shocked at the price, they “generously” gave them a 20% “discount”. Knowing my parents are older and English isn’t their first language, I feel like they were taken advantage of. There was absolutely NO discussion of having the 30K miles maintenance done at this time. I left a message with the Service Manager, Justin Ayers, who hasn’t returned my call. Shocked with the horrible customer service since we’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Molle Toyota and have used their service department before. THE RESPONSE IS A LIE. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT AND IT’S BEEN A WEEK. NO PHONE CALL OR MESSAGE FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER.

I'm on my 3rd Toyota now and never needed more than regular maintenance like oil changes, brakes and plugs. Put 170k on my first Tacoma, drove my FJ for 155k and I'm in a new Tacoma now.

Probably, last time when I had business at their collision center, they provided shuttles to the Enterprise across 103rd st. Should probably just call them and find out what exactly that is you need...
