You will stay all day on the phone if you are calling any Home Depot or Walmart Store in New Jersey Period.

If the situation was related to your credit card you should have gone to customer service. However I feel alot like Maryanne Caruso in that most employees I find very helpful. Sometimes finding one at all might be the challenge. If you ever have any issues there I would say see management/customer service as they are typically very concerned.

1. Home Depot will not install anything, they have always contractors to work that out in your house/business. 2. First, select your blinds and ask for a home installation. (They also schedule deliveries). Then, clean up the place before the contractors arrive. 3. All services are guaranteed by Home Depot... Apparently they'll send another contractor to finish the job or to fix it in case you're not satisfied. You don't pay for it again.
