Terry at the Jared store in Destiny mall worked with my now Fiancé when it came to purchasing my engagement ring. She helped with the entire process and getting it sized to what we needed and treated us with the best customer service and care even when we picked it up for inspection and cleaning. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and she’s the person we can’t wait to see whenever we take my ring to Jared’s. She’s so friendly and caring and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dan and Sue were the best. Had been planning on coming in with my custom idea for a while. Had pictures ready to go and found the time swing in. I told them I had all the time in the world and I was gonna be easy to please, but they still worked like lightning to get me what I needed; and it wasn’t even busy, they just dropped everything and got to it. I can definitely say this experience was easier than I was expecting. Considered ordering a ring from Kay a while back and it was a pain. With Dan and Sue, there was no “rough estimate”, no picking a date for a gem showing, and no judgment. They showed me exactly what it would cost and how much I had to work with, I told them the color sapphire I wanted and THEY did the work to find it, and even though I looked like a slob that day they treated me with the upmost respect. If I could give more stars I would. That kid Jake who worked there was really nice too. The whole staff seems to be top notch. Jared should be please to have such excellent people representing them.
