Willing to offer recommendations when solution is not within their scope of services (e.g.: we noted bee swarming and he urged us to contact local exterminator to prevent structural damage to our home from the bees crawling in without a hive. Bees were somehow finding a route into home and were showing in under baseboard heating. Prompt resolution AFTER extermination and patching up their small hole

Felt harassed. One week they called me four times. They sprayed without contacting me when I told them countless times I would call when needed service. Every time I spoke with them they assured me it was taken care of and recorded on my account. NEVER CHANGED! Finally had to cancel my account.

Have had them twice and they do show up but it may not be on the day originally planned. Their last treatment about two weeks ago did not control our nutsedge in many locations although other weeds were controlled. They advised against pulling it out. I intend to address this with them.
