I usually eat at Panera when I travel because I know what I'm getting. The food and service are subpar at this location. First off, if you're ordering a pick 2 soup and sandwich and you don't know how to make a sandwich (apparently), figure that out before you pour the soup and put it up on the counter for 5 other customers to breath on. Also, the soup is getting cold. Why not do the COLD sandwich FIRST and the HOT soup last. Secondly, they burnt my chicken sandwich, so my wife's meal was 3/4 done by the time I got my sandwich. Get your act together, staff. You got nasty bathrooms and kids standing around doing nothing. I'll not be returning to this location again.

Love Panera. This store was well stocked and efficiently operated. Love the Asiago bagel. So sad our store at Arundel Mills closed 😥

these people are a joke I order an extra piece of bread and it looks like they took a bite out of the bread to give it to me im paying for an extra piece of bread and it was cold and hard as a rock, terrible service! I will never ever shop here at this place again
