I’ve lived in 49 states and have been to hundreds of local coffee shops. This coffee shop chain is in the bottom 10. They can’t decide whether they want to be corporate or not. They can’t decide whether they want to be a drive thru or not. They can’t decide whether they want to be a dine in café or a industrial roaster supplier. The ambiance is terrible, the coffee is mediocre and they aren’t even remotely fast in terms of service (a black coffee frequently takes multiple minutes). 1/10 stars.

* Ordered online * Waited until AFTER the pickup time * Food not ready, asked repeatedly about it * Got it after 30 minutes, cold If this was isolated, I would not bother. But there service and quality have degraded lately. And I was a regular. Also, the staff, when I asked repeatedly (and politely) what was going on just seemed to shrug. "You can see we are very busy." Yes, that is why I ordered online. Seems they lack capacity for the demand they have - and find the surplus customers an annoyance. I will help by not coming back.

The employees were so kind and the coffee and food were delicious. Everything I want in a quick coffee and breakfast place, wish there was one closer to me!
