Went in to see what was going on with my stomach I would get severe stomach pain. At one point I asked if I could get an ultrasound or get refereed to a specialist, but they said no. According to them it was heart burn. Saturday night i had severe pain that never went away so I went to Olathe medical center ER. Turns out it was my gallbladder I had stones and it was to the point where it was about to get infected. I ended up getting it removed. The point of the matter is It’s so infuriating when you put your trust in doctors and they can even do their job right. It’s almost like they didn’t believe me. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all

What a joke. This location has only TWO doctors and neither of them are MDs. The staff refuses to give you any info over the phone for your insurance carrier which means that you cannot receive any payment from them. They won't even tell you if your doctor is in if you needed to talk to him directly and you can't see him without an appointment an that could take up to two weeks. You can find better care for your dog then you can humans. Ps: They have now close their office in Liberty, Mo.

I have seen all of the Practioners in the Olathe office. I can choose to see one regularly or get in for the first available appointment time available. I like this office, everyone is kind and professional.

I have never in my life been treated so horribly by people. I've been trying to help my son get a sports physical and after calls and emails and portal messages and faxes and nothing goes answered. I show up in person to help my child play a sport in high school and no one will help me. But they take my money every single month for my insurance for SPIRA care and they won't actually give you appointment or help you so 10 out of 10 would not ever recommended If you have kids
