Outstanding customer service. The staff go above and beyond to answer questions or help with a project. The environment is so relaxing and inviting to everyone. I love the selection of yarns and the knowledge that all the staff have about it. The selection is wonderful as well. We are lucky to have such a great place in Rochester.

While I was at the shop, there WAS an individual teaching at a table. Upon conversation she said that she taught privately (one-on-one) at this location regularly. I hope this helps!
There is a Thursday night sit and knit group. It starts at 6:30p and goes until the store closes.
