I purchased a 2022 Equinox and within the first month had to be towed for a faulty starter. GM was kind enough to give me a credit of 500.00 towards accessories for my new car. I though that was fair. I went to your dealership to order the accessories and they came in the next day. Great! When I went to the parts counter to pick them up they told me they had to install them I said I would do it my self. Some of the accessories include front floor mats and cargo mat, front and rear splash guards, hood guard and rain guards for all windows. Installation would be 268.00. These are simple to install and I could do it myself. They would not give me the accessories without installation. So I decided to just get the the car mats and splash guards because that all the 500.00 would cover. They charged me. 22.00 dollars to lay down the front mats in the car and 110.00 to screw in the splash guards. This is completely unacceptable to me and a poor example of service recovery. The employees in service pretty much ignored me. The manager couldn’t even look up at me from his paperwork he was working on and the guy at the desk didn’t acknowledge me. The girl at the counter saw I was upset with the whole encounter and was able to get me in for the installation. They were gonna make me come back to have my car mats installed. Really ! Come on. I really dread the next time I have to bring my car in for service if I do ever bring it to Matthews.

You have to wear a mask. There's dividers up. Sanitizing gel stations throughout. I felt very covid safe.
My new Silverado was a one year 12,000 mile. I took it to my local GM dealer for the first free one. They did oil, filter and tires. Plus checked out the entire vehicle. Topped off any fluids and did 2 Computer updates. Doesn't appear they missed anything and supplied me with the check list and a GM update sheet to explain the software updates.
