Called to try and check for new patient availability. Transferred me over to check with some girls in another department or something to that extent (the person on the phone was not really clear about what was happening, and seemed to be in a rush/came off as a bit cold), where the phone rang for 7 minutes (total 16 minute call) before hanging up. They don't really seem to care/aren't that concerned/too busy with respect to bringing in new patients.

Called to see if they had openings, called and was told theyd call me back. Called three times over two weeks and never got any calls back. I was FINALLY told by Terry I was not allowed to come back if I had left. Wish they would of told me that the first time I called.

I have been a patient since almost back to when Dr. Kolva and Dr. Morgan started the practice. All of the staff - from the providers and nurses to the office staff have always been kind, friendly and helpful. They have always truly cared about their patients. I haven’t experienced anything different since becoming part of Oswego Health.
