The section with the trailers are really bad , actually the people are fine but the road is awful ( private Rd ) you definitely will break something on your vehicle using this Rd , they won't have it repaved so I guess I will have to take legal action next time I break a spring or under carriage damage

Vic and Merrit did a great job-fast and professional.It would have gone a lot better if the office told them what the actual problem was as I stated in work order,so they would have been better prepared.

The apartments here are old run-down not much maintenance it appears, judging from the exterior and the interior of this place I wouldn't recommend this to anyone they don't keep it up well ,dirty run-down.

Of course they allow pets , and of course they have to charge for pet deposit , unless you have a pet used for support? ( You can obtain the form online under pet support ) NY state law prevents landlords from charging deposit and extra fees for having a support pet
