It's a little shack of a place but they got the job done. The clerk was not super friendly, but alright. We ended up there because Hertz (cheaper) couldn't fulfill our reservation. BTW: It smells musty in there and the lobby needs the Property Brothers badly 😢. Oh, and somebody get them a Laser printer! They use a dot matrix one. I haven't seen one of those since the mid 90's.

Rented a car Saturday. Requested modified rental time was approved and agreed on. Today I’m being charged $80 an hour for late fee. When I asked them to email my most recent copy. They don’t even have email on file. Didn’t give me vehicle I requested. Terrible customers service all around. Personally would not use this Avis location. Ever
