Worst place to live to be honest is a one year contract but if you move out before the lease end they will still to charge you to pay the rent . They will also want you to pay the electric bill if you move out before the lease end . If you voluntary return the key before the lease end LISTEN: YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THE RENT 😡until they re rent the apartment to someone else.The secretary it’s rude trust me she won’t tell you no information about who’s going to move in your apartment that you lived before .They want your money to pay the rent !. Please do not move in to this place!

Further, Grant Village has been owned by the same management for decades and continues to perform projects on the property to keep its integrity and performance over the years. The office door is always open to its residents should they have a question or concern regarding their lease. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Grant Village or corporate office.

Yes but you cant use public assistance for rent you must use section 8 housing assistance
Hi Taylor, office hours are from 8:30 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM - 2 PM Saturday
I rent a two br ..the rent is 845. Utilities run 50-75 a month..no central air..
