Returned again today and it was an excellent experience just like last year! Excellent staff and service! Quick and easy! No bad attitudes like we've seen in other places. Totally recommend Express Bottle Return!

Most of my returns are 2-liters. To pack tightly to transport by bus, I collapse the side opposite the UPC. Grocery store machines used work fine as long as they were inserted UPC on top. Now I have to blow them open to be accepted. How about here?

Dear customer, for the 2 liters we do accept collapsed one but it needs to have label fully attached with barcode on it.
