Customer service has improved so much at this location. Everyone from people checking in to optician and optometrist were very helpful, courteous,accommodating and efficient. I have had issues before in 2021, but have to say they have improved customer service tremendously. I just want to say thank you to all of them

Today I had my eye exam at Fayetville; everything went smoothly and quickly until the eye exam was over. I was told I would be called to go over my prescription. Everyone was pretty busy with a client, except for one person. I saw her walk back and forth and stop to help others; she even sat down to apply lipstick at one point. But then I noticed her co-worker point out to her that I (meaning me) have been waiting a while, to which she replied, "I know." By the time I sat in her seat, 20 minutes had gone by. Twenty minutes in which she did not acknowledge me, she "dilly-dallied" until SHE felt that she could bother with me. She introduced herself as Autumn, but her demeanor was so arrogant that I just asked for my prescription to go elsewhere to purchase glasses. It will be a while if I ever go back to this Visionworks.

Appalled by the lack of organization and communication with customers. It has been 4 months since I ordered contacts. When they came in, I was told that they needed to order trials for me first and that the order would be expedited. It is now November and I have not gotten a call back. I walked into the store and they told me that the order came in two months ago. Definitely not pleased with vision works.

Place is an absolute disorganized disaster! Clearly employees do not communicate and poor management! Not the only game in town and i advise to go somewhere else, this company will waste your time and not care.
