This is a trailer park where most people own or are in the process of purchasing a trailer. You have to pay for each person you plan on living with in your residence to have a background check. In this trailer park, you will also pay your trailer payment, lot rent, water, and utilities.

The lot rent for a single wide trailer is $340.00 a month. A double wide is $375.00 a month. This does not include the price of purchasing a trailer from them if that is what you plan to do, that payment is in addition to the lot rent. Plus your water that is approximately $32.50 a month depending on your water usage. I know cats are allowed and they were allowing small dogs up to I believe 30 pounds. What large dogs that are there are grandfathered in. They just released a new lease with new terms at the beginning of 2018. So I'm trying to go on memory. You have to pay your own nimo. Garbage removal is included. There is a background check for each person that will be living there. The cost is $35.00 per person. I do not know about a Jeff Cook, I only know of Brian Cook as owner. Brian has been a great manager so far. He has been fair, very reasonable, & respectful.
