Less than 18 hours before my out of state move I got a call from u-haul canceling my reservation(stating no truck).. even w reservations and plans made weeks in advance. Spoke to Chad (the manager) who was less than understanding our helpful.. I will never do business with them again.. Thankfully Penske was understanding & made some calls and were able to get me what I needed even though they didn’t have it on site.

We needed a truck for a multi-state move. Brian found us a truck in 3 hours. We were able to complete the move in the allotted time. Thanks for coming through.

Sat on the phone for 10 minutes while driving from one U-Haul to another on the phone because the first store said it was at the other and got no answer for 10 minutes for someone to walk In in front of me to get the truck I needed, customer service is garbage would never go again.

The employees at this uhaul facility were unprofessional and rude. I was told to pick up a trailer at 5 pm, upon arrival they did not have the size trailer I had reserved. I would have rented a smaller trailer, but the employee gave me such a difficult time, I took my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.
