The staff was extremely kind to me especially in my time of need. I had a mental illness set back and had to move because alot of different elements and unfortunate situations. Now that I'm better I am hoping and praying to be excepted again as a tenant. I need to be independent again for myself and part of my healing. God bless the staff and the extended staff for all that they do! I can't feel and haven't witnessed more personal support as I did being a tenant of GHA!

They don't have much staff but they are pretty knowledgeable...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I have lived here almost a year. I love it! I’m young and disabled and have been treated good by staff and maintenance. Huge closet with doors and racks, built in storage in bedrooms. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. A few have even been helpful to me without me asking. The grounds are kept tidy including mowing and pest control. Staff is very kind and friendly. Maintenance wastes no time fixing what few things have needed fixing. They do a great job keeping everything up to par and then some. Trash truck will come if dumpster is full even if it’s not trash day. No carpets, so keeping your house clean is easy. Cox has high speed internet and cable here. Nights are well lit. I can see in my house at night without having to turn lights on (a good thing to me). Only complaints are AC/Heat are super loud (but heat is electric at least), no bath tub, only shower (with built in seat which is nice) and you must supply your own shower curtains, only restroom is through your bedroom, and rent has to be paid with a money order. They don’t accept direct deposit. With all that being said, if you don’t have a lot of living options, this place is your best bet.
