So upon moving in I had a miss communication with a staff member so I had to wait an extra month to move in when I already paid which was very discouraging, but the property manager was very organized and responsive she called 2 weeks out with a new apartment idea... when I got in it was freshly painted, new electrical outlets and she gave me a literal welcome wagon with basic essentials and refreshments which was awesome...I have easy access to maintenance 24/7!!! The dumpster are far to walk and the hallways smell pretty bad but I would recommend this apartment complex to low income family's or first time buyers.Compare to the last 10 years it'd definitely gotten wayyyyyyyyy better. All in all very solid work I feel welcome and comfortable 😊
