I have been going to Senses Lounge for some time already. All the technicians are professional and friendly. My favorite is Mignoris, but I promise they are all great. The ambiance is relaxing, and the place is clean and organized. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and I appreciate their effort to respect their customer's time and run on schedule. I highly recommend this place!

At the time I booked an appointment with the manager I advised him that I wanted to get an appointment for a pedi and to do some type of nails that I could not remember the name of (Gel nail extensions). He put me down for gel and said that I could figure out the type of nail service with the technician. Once I was there about an hour into the appointment my tech Yanet (who's amazing), called over the manager to let him know we would need more time for my appointment; he became defensive and said he would not be able to do anything for me and that it was on me for not having obtained the correct type of appointment. He finished the conversation by saying he would look at the schedule to see if anything could be done. After 15 mins or so of not knowing what would happen, my stress levels began to increase. The manager finally returns with, your only option is to come back at 3:50 (3 hours after my scheduled appt). I responded with, "this is my appointment time and I explained to you the situation before coming and it was not an acceptable solution." He said ok well the next person is coming and there is nothing we can do (again rude tone). I cried. I have trouble getting "me time" without the kids, and typically only get a regular mani/pedi.. this was a treating myself day, that he really made a terrible experience. I felt anxious the whole time I was there and then horrible by the way management treated me. When he returned to find me crying, which I am very embarrassed about, he decided to call the next client to ask that they come later. The manager and I did not exchange another word after that. At that point, I had already had a terrible experience and wanted to leave as fast as I could. I have been coming to this salon for a while for facials and massages, and decided to try the nail salon side of the business as it would have been such a convenience to have all of my services done in one place. I could not believe this mistreatment for a paying and loyal customer.

I spoke with briana she’s a receptionist at the front and her service was horrendous, I had to call 3 times to get in contact with someone she kept putting the phone down while picking up the call, I am very disappointed of the service that was provided to me and I hope she gets taught correctly how to deal with customers. I had the chance to speak with Kelly and she was great she took care of me right away and i felt a lot better speaking to her.
