We approached Custom Pools because we wanted to install a pool and new pool deck. Dago helped us by going through the pool design and building process and providing recommendations which helped us make better decisions about what to pool finishes to select. The result was a pool that was done quickly, professionally and looks outstanding. One thing I liked was their how they were always in communication with us and the staff were very personable and easy to reach. Custom Pools Miami is the pool company to go to if you need a new construction design/build like we did! As a Project Manager and Site Superintendent for a large new home builder, we rely on working with companies that do not require hand-holding. That's why Custom Pools was so great to work with. The team showed up on time, was on schedule and got the work done just as they promised. When your looking for the cost of a pool first you need to look at is Reputable Pool Contractors in Miami. For pool prices we look at each city in Miami different due to your local Building Department fees. Normally Miami Dade has reasonable fees however other cities such as Cutler Bay, Homestead, Doral or Coral Gables have higher pool permit fees. Another things that affect the pool cost are: -Small Access to the pool construction area -High water table zones -Hard Rock areas -Lots of pool features -Large Paver Deck Area -Bad soil or Demucking Area In general I can say that a inground pool cost in Miami normally start off with a budget between 30k-35k.
