Rudeness from the drive thru attendant. They may have been short handed( didn't appear that way and wasn't busy neither) but that's still no excuse. The Frosty's we ordered were supposed to be a large but only got half way filled. Costly too, especially for only two half filled, large Frosty's. Good thing we only wanted a snack and not a meal. Can't imagine how that would have turned out. Probably won't be returning anytime soon. Not worth the time nor the money.

It was very disappointing because they ordering machine was out all three of them and we ordered bacon burgers and when we received them no bacon returned them back to get the bacon on them it took five minutes to get them after I went back up there to get them they're was two employees I asked and they told me it wasn't there area the only one person was there actually doing anything not even the female manager wasn't doing nothing poor guy was almost running everything all the females where looking at this guy to do it all while one female was putting stuff in here pockets from Wendy's so no I will never ever eat at the Wendy's in Humboldt Tennessee again they need to either fire all the females including the manager and replace with all new ones who will actually work or shut it down for good

Everything was fine until the young man gave us our food and siad have a nice day and left. We didn't have any of our drinks. At first I was like maybe it's just me thinking he had attitude. Got home and fries where smashen under a Dave's triple so probably not. Everyone else was great.

Disgusting experience. tldr? I waited in line for 15 minutes on a hot day at 3pm when there was no lunch or dinner rush, I got to the microphone and waited for another 6 minutes before I was asked for my order - A Chocolate Frosty. Simple. Or so I thought. She said it would be $2.56. There was one car ahead of me. It took 7 minutes before the window opened so had time to count out $2 in quarters and add 4 dimes, 3 nickels and 1 cent. When the girl asked me, I told her my order and handed over $2.56 in change as I had prepared. She said it would be $2.26. She closed the window and took a full 7 minutes counting the coins. I saw her lips moving as she counted. She opened the window and said I didn't give her enough. I recounted the money and gave it back to her saying it is $2.56. She called a supervisor guy over. I told him my order and he told me it was $2.56. I said what had happened and that I just gave her exactly that. He walked away. She closed the window again and took 6 minutes counting it to herself again, just like before. When she opened the window she gave me four cents in change. I said nothing and drove to the pickup window. When I got there I told the young man what I ordered and he closed the window and did nothing. I was eventually served by an older woman after another 5 minutes, with no explanation for the delay. So I accept the 15 minute wait in line but altogether I spent an additional 31 minutes. That is unacceptable. But to endure the girl who apparently cannot count but was still put on the cashier job and be held up for time that someone who could count would take less than half a minute is disgusting. I shall not visit this Wendy's again because it seems like some people who have customer facing jobs cannot do the simplest tasks. If the manager hired them, it's the manager's fault. Whatever. It is more like kindergarten than a fast-food enterprise. I give it one star because it doesn't accept no stars.
