Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion S hybrid from them 8 years ago. First time ever had mechanical issue. And it was a recall. And it broke down because of that recall. I had it taken into Anderson Ford shop. They got me right in. And fix the issue. A Miss King. Was the service writer. Was amazing, professional and very helpful. The first service writer did not get their name, however they made sure that I got in today and got out. I'm a father I'm a single father of three amazing teenagers. And a grandfather. And this car is basically the major source of transportation for our family. I thank you, Anderson Ford's service department of their quick and insane amazing customer service. In the future this would be a place to take your vehicle to get worked on.

With a Camper, Wife, Kids and 3 dogs in tow the last thing I could have imagined happened. My transmission gave out just past 172K miles about 12 hours from home on a 4300 mile camping trip. I was able to limp the truck to the service department at Anderson Ford of St Joseph where I spoke to Mike Atkins. I was seriously worried that I would have a difficult time with just being a number and not a local customer of the dealership. Mike put me in line to have my truck looked at and treated me with like I’ve been there countless times before. I did have to leave my truck, waiting on a transmission but Mike and his team updated me and with upfront with a realistic time frame and current work load. I know something like this cannot be estimated easily with so many factors in play but the truck was ready to go days before I expected it to be. I highly recommend this service department to anyone. Nice, friendly, good people. I can't recommend the service department enough.

We do not have rental vehicles however we do have Ford and Lincoln loaner vehicles available for our customers using our Service department.

Ford will be shifting our vehicle lineup to meet consumer demand. Most Ford Crossovers and SUV's get similar fuel economy as Sedan's. Ford will be replacing every car that we they phase out with a new Crossover or SUV and will continue to have the freshest lineup in America!
