We have used standard battery in my shop for years to service our customers vehicles when they need a battery replacement. After today I will be sourcing another vendor for the future purchases. I will not return to standard battery again. Anytime I’ve had an issue the warranty process used to be smooth and hassle free, but I took my customers battery in today after it’s been on our charger for three days and will not take a charge and they’re telling us that they have to charge it overnight before they can warrantee it. So now I have to either pay out-of-pocket to replace my customers battery, or tell my Customer that they cannot have their car back until tomorrow after standard decides whether they will warranty the battery or not. unacceptable. Your tester works, use it. At any rate , it’s been a good 2 decade run, but it’s over ✌️
