I needed help mailing a package and getting information about a previous shipped package. Fred was super helpful and friendly. He took the time to make sure I had all of the information I needed. I'm bummed to see all the negative reviews because I had a really pleasant experience with this post office.

This branch is very irresponsible and inconsiderate. I worked very hard for a certification class paid extra for my certificate. The folder it came in said do not fold the delivery person folded it into my mailbox and creased it Destroying it. I went through all the channels I could go through to get this resolved Post Office just doesn't care and this branch is the worst.

I received 7 pieces of mail from 7 of my neighbors!!! I received no mail for me. I wonder who got my mail?Our mail carrier needs to stop talking on his phone and pay attention to his job!!!!

And your surprised? USPS has been horrid since November. Lost pckes and mail. 2 day priority boxes taking 2 and 3 weeks. Straight out bad!
There is a self postage kiosk that weighs and sells postage or just individual stamps which took me a minute to figure out where they come out of. I think there's a postage and a stamp slot. I was looking in the wrong one for my stamps to drop out when I just bought 2. That and the mail drop barrel inside and out and the PO boxes are all available 24 hours a day. Boxes and some labels r out the. It's just if you need to ask them something or sign up for Po box when you have to be there by 5:30 pm. They do passports by appointment only I think.
The cost differs according to size of box. Go to post office to get app and costs/sizes. You will need 3 pieces of ID
I don't know about that, but they do it all the time.
