I used this service for transportation between Bismarck and Minot. From the first phone call I made, I was impressed by the friendliness of the office staff. Everything was explained very clearly. I got a confirmation call as promised and the driver was on time and very friendly. My return went just as smooth. It's a great value for the distance and reliable service.

I scheduled a ride for 12pm they called and said the pick up time was 1.30pm(voicemail) only one there. I called them the day I was supposed to use the ride and they say" you missed your pick up time it was 11.30am" I told them what I was told my pick up time was and she goes "we can never push you up 1 hour". So I say but you told me 1.30pm and she says "we don't have time to pick you up, why didn't you call us when we told you 1.30pm" so I asked what am I supposed to do now and she say you missed your pick up time. It's not like it was my fault it was theirs and I had made plans for that day. It really sucks. They find ways to ruin you day. (Have lots of more irritating encounters with them).

A bag contains 10 tokens, for $30 a bag. You can also purchase a single token or as many as you want. $3 per token. You can purchase from the drivers or at the office. Cash is acceptable for a ride as well. No credit cards. Thank you.

I work three days of weeks and other weekends so y is it so hard for them to get my schedule straight and I have a easy schedule Monday wed and Friday
You would want to call them on Tuesday and ask.
