Great place. I think my family used to gym and rock wall more than anything but they loved it there. Very clean and a friendly staff.

Depends on how many adults and if there are children who live in the home, pretty cheap though considering all the amenities. As for day passes $10 for 19 and older or $5 for 18 and under . Household(2 adults any miners in the home ) day pass $15 . Good from the time you buy it to the time they close that day . There are no limitations to day passes either! Everything is available to you for the day , like fitness classes , saunas, pool, lockers ect. Maybe take a tour around the facility and get yourself (or family) a Free day pass ! Definitely worth it !!
Yes!
It all depends on your age. Here is a link to the fees on their website. A membership includes everything in the building, including classes. The only thing extra would be any program registrations. https://www.ymcaminot.org/fees
25 yard pool
Yes, it is called Membership For All and it is available to print on the Minot Family YMCA website or you csn pick one up at their front desk.
The Minot Family YMCA does accept certain health insurance reimbursement programs. The insurance company dictates the reimbursement amount. There are forms to fill out for a few companies at The Y. The best way to find out if you qualify for a health club reimbursement is by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
There is no age restriction for using the Rock Wall. As long as a harness will fit the individual climbing is allowed. You must sign a waiver before he will be able to climb. At age 8 you will need to stay with him as he must be supervised by an individual at least 16 years old. Once he is 9 he is ok to be here on his own.
$15 for a family day pass or $76 a month for a household membership plus a $50 enrollment fee. There is also an income based option called Membership For All, the forms are available online or at the YMCA.
