This place was disgusting. My husband and I bought cleaning supplies and had to clean the room for over an hour just to get it somewhat clean. Dirty towels, floors, cabinets table and fridge. We ended up buying our own stuff just because we couldn't trust if theirs was clean. Walkways smell like someone peed all over them. People don't smoke in the smoking areas. They smoke right by your room. People pounding on walls, doors and windows all hours of the night. I had chosen this hotel based the experience I have had with other extended stays. But no more. I complained to the staff, they said a manager would contact me and didn't act surprised about the room condition or like they cared. We tried to do laundry, they don't sell quarters and their card machine didn't work. No signage that they don't sell quarters or their card machine didn't work. Again complained to staff. They said they would tell manager. We never heard anything. We prepaid two weeks and ended up leaving early to stay somewhere more sanitary and where the staff actually care about their guest well being. Don't come here if you're looking for rest. You won't get it.

Stayed in room 255. I won't do it again. The room, upon entry, looked minimally cleaned. It was 20 minutes in to my stay and I was having an asthma attack due to all the mildew. Thankfully CVS is across the street and I bought cleaning chemicals Checked the air filters on the PTAC unit and they were covered in white mold (means no circulation is happening). Granted this property is mid-renovation but the management team doesn't care. The TV didn't work. The bedding (queen) didn't fit the bed (double/full). The towels had hair on them. No paper towels. No trash can. Stairwell smelled like human urine. The room next to me had a full size barbeque grill that sat directly below management's camera - like I said.....they didn't care . EVERYTHING is tagged in Sharpie Graffiti. The inside of the drawers had all sorts of nastiness. Worst ESA property that I've stayed in. Glad to be going home. Glad to know that I won't be as broke the next time I'm in Raleigh for Continued Education.

These people have NO CLUE what they are doing, aren't accommodating in the least, and have lost a valuable customer. Only thing I have to say is this place is a DISASTER! The room we booked was unavailable so we had to take a smaller room, wasn't credited the money back for the downgrade, wasnt given towels or pillows after asking 3 different shifts for them, and was appalled that the front desk staff was constantly rude. Very rude. After reading all of the horrible recent reviews, I guess none of this surprises me. We will be following up with hotel management and beyond. A reputable business should be aware of the way their business is ran from a guest standpoint. I am disgusted. Ughhhhh!

Upkeep is not being done had I known the conditions of this hotel and listened to the reviews I would have never stayed here. Housekeeping is horrible I checked in at 3pm looked at my room and it was doable. I didn’t return back until 10:30pm that night. Turn on the lights to walking into roaches on the refrigerator door sink bathroom just all over the place. My daughter who’s just as picky as I am refuses to sleep in this room. I couldn’t get an refund so I had to make this work. I deep clean the entire room. Nothing was clean it was just an horrible experience. I went and bought bed sheets and a comforter just so my child would go to sleep. We had to go to the front desk every day if not every other day because our key wasn’t working. Only reason I was there was because I was getting hardwood floors put in my house. I will never recommend this place because of the upkeep which is not being done. Only thing that was good was “some” of the front desk employees. Besides that I still would give this place an -0 because everyone isn’t accustomed to bugs. Never again never again just disgusting!!! Oh yes before I forget one night as my daughter and I was walking into the building an guy standing right at the door smoking weed. It was so bad as we got in the elevator the smell had traveled inside of there. It will be best to pay an little more else where I promise this location isn’t it. Go grt an Airbnb before coming here.
