They replaced a zipper on my jeans and it fell off but since the alterations person quit they said there’s nothing they can do 🙃 Edit to reply to response: I was just there no more than an hour ago and was told that by the employee. I was given a number to call “Shelby” and that person said they could put Shelby on, but I would be told the same thing…that it would be a new service fee and the work isn’t guaranteed after three months. I had the zipper put on last year and paid 20$ so I’m going to try to find someone that will guarantee their work 😃

I will never go there again. They have young employees that don't know what they are doing. They shrunk a Polo shirt & told me that Polo shirts shrink & it is on Polo's website?? It is clear that they are clueless. They just don't want to …Thank you Phyllis for you review. I believe your knit says wash or dry clean and was new. I would be happy to help you return it to the store as that should not happen.
