My bill bi weekly is over 200.00. They ruined my garments. And got upset when I didn’t take what was offered. I asked to make an appointment because that’s what the woman who answered the phone said. Then she tells me she can’t make me an appointment for a $200 coat they ruined. This is the 2nd cleaners owned by them that I have had a service issue with. It’s ridiculous. Still waiting to speak with someone about my ruined garments.
