No one answers the phones. No one returns calls. Left 3 messages regarding an urgent dental matter when a child has a nerve exposed in his tooth and they still don't return the call. Absolutely horrible upholding of their oath to "do no harm".

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!! It says wait and your call will be answered in the order it was received and then sends you to someone’s voicemail which I’m sure is their way of nicely hanging up because leaving a message is pointless. THEY WONT RETURN YOUR CALL.

they never pick. the phone, their urgent care/ walk in wasn't great. There was no pediatric doctor that could see my son for 3 weeks when he is sick now. so I walked out. the receptionist and security guard was nice though.

The therapists (especially Xavier) are wonderful and you have 24/7 access to them via text or a phone call (that's assuming all the therapist are as awesome as Xavier).
