Gave it 4 stars but I have no complaints. Def. a high 4-star. Didn’t utilize bathrooms or laundry so I left that open for a star plus a 5 star has larger lots and amenities. Very nice site for our 40 ft. We’ve stayed here several times when visiting family. Quiet, clean, accommodating, EXCELLENT Hi-speed WiFi ..very nice owners.

2nd visit and we will be back. It's in the heart of downtown Independence, Mo. Walking distance from a lot of cool places. The place is very clean and well managed. There are not a ton of amenities but the ones they have are nice. It's not really a "camping" spot but it's a great place to stay if you need one. We do Santacaligon event every year and it is perfect for us.

The office told me they were open til 5 however they email info if you are later and no there are not gates that lock up the area. You can come and go
If I remember correctly around $30/nite w/full hook ups. Nice place, nice people.
