I recommend getting serviced at a legitimate, reputable shop. Sure Valvoline is cheap, but they will only cause more problems. I got my oil changes and tires rotated- standard servicing. Shortly after, I was driving on the highway and started hearing loud scraping and grinding sounds. My car was taken to another shop, and the workers laughed (yes, laughed) at the work that was done- asking me who did my oil change. I was embarrassed and humiliated. Valvoline's mistake cost me money. My skid plate was not re-installed properly, hardware was missing, and this caused the bottom piece of my car to break. I took it back to Valvoline (where I was redirected from two different bays), I waited for over 30 minutes to be told they will reorder the plate and repair. I left with the plate still broken and hanging from my vehicle. I paid money for a service that caused me more problems, it cost me more time.
