Don't EVER sign a contract with them. They are horrible we moved a year ago they stated had to come in person to cancel did that. Here it is a YEAR later the charges started showing up. Waited a week to hear from manager. WILL be cancelling the card now. Horrible customer service & massages!!! GO Anywhere else.

This place was amazing until I had a stroke. Then they tell me they can't see me till I am clear by the doctor which is fine except when i get cleared they wont let me. I lost everything in my life because of the stroke including my job and could no longer afford my membership there. I have 2 monthly credits left to use and they won't let me use them unless I pay more money. Even though I lost everything to my stroke. They won't make any kind of exception either.

If I could give no stars I would. For Mother’s Day got a thing so i could get a pregnancy massage. Appointment was scheduled then they called to cancel. So rescheduled.. confirmed appoint yesterday and get a phone call today just a few hours before they have to cancel yet again. Very unprofessional and will not be back!!!!
