The online app was not working so I called to place my order. The person who answered said he couldn’t hear me so I repeated what I wanted, then he passed the phone to someone else. I ordered half sausage half cheese and she said pepperoni and I said no half sausage half cheese. Two orders of crazy bread and sauce and one order of bbq wings. Well she never repeated the order back nor give me a price or time to pick up. When my daughter picked it up and got home we had half sausage and half pepperoni, one crazy bread, and Buffalo wings. Not cool

Called to see if I could place and order over the phone and pick it up rather than order on line. (Saturday, June 25th - early evening) Haley answered and said she would be happy to take my order over the phone. She was so pleasant and cheerful! Went to pick up my pizza, Haley peeked out from around the corner and said she would be right out with my pizza. She was, and with a big smile on her face! Pizza was nice and hot, and yummy!! It was exactly how I ordered it too. Just want to shout out for Haley!!! We need more people out there like her!!! Happy, pleasant, cheerful, helpful and so nice!!! Thank you Little Caesar's and Thank you Haley!!!!

I was wanting hot & ready pizza, I called a bit earlier to see what hours hot & ready are available & was told all day. Nope, this is at least the 3rd time I have gone in for pizza & was disappointed.

Ordered 1 cheese pizza, 2 crazy bread & 1 stuffed crazy bread. The crazy breads were made fresh, however they had a cheese ready so we took that. We opened the box to start eating and the pizza was lukewarm at best. Crust was tough & the cheese tasted bland and cool. It honestly looks like it sat out for a couple hours and went back into the warmer. Very disappointed to say the least! The ONLY reason it's 2/5 is because the young man who helped us (wish I remembered the name) was wonderful! Very nice & professional! EDIT: It's been a little over a week and zero response from their corporate customer service. Also haven't heard or seen a response to this review. 1/5.
