Forest Hill's office manager Wendy went ABOVE and BEYOND to help my team and I meet a tight deadline! Everyone I interacted with on the grounds and in the office was kind, attentive and customer service driven!

I was alerted from a family member my niece how awful the gravesites are being maintained. Went to see the gravesite and was appalled by the destroyed headstones missing flower vases,and maintenance at the grounds and cemetery .Not only the Disrespect and Empathy of a management team toward myself and family memeber. My family and friends ,neighbors are all buried in this establishment. I'm very disappointed and feel the cemetery owners Should be responsible for all the families who have been deceived. I have all the paper work and also asked for copies why this manager thinks I am stupid is beyond me but her copies are blacked out as mine are in tact . My parents raised no fool.I would NEVER recommend this place Do your research of how many owners and Clayton Smart embezzlement before you purchase anything. 1 of many owners They have No security to protect our loved ones nor property we all paid for regardless of prepaid or not my parents both worked so hard to make sure we didn't have to worry about burial burdens yet here I am disabled and have to deal with there ignorance and Disrespect. They shouldn't in my opinion even have to have a rating lucky they get 1 star

They are open please visit the cemetery office. Also if you are in need of headstone services there is a small business that creates alot of the monuments you see at Forest Hills called KANSAS CITY MONUMENT across the street from Forest Hills entrance. Light duty headstone services provides Headstone cleanings and leveling as well. Thanks.
