As a consumer, I really think that portion size, especially fries, is very important. One shouldn't walk away after ordering the largest portion of fries available and feel the need to say "I really wish they hadn't been so stingy". You would not lose money being generous with the fries. You might actually increase sales if people began saying "they give you plenty of fries at McDonalds". You have the best fries in the game. The dollar menu doesn't exist anymore. Give people a reason to want to come to your establishment. "They give you plenty of fries" is a safe bet.

I usually try to keep from giving such a bad review but the quality of service at this particular McDonald's has declined significantly. Usually, when a place is bad, I simply don't go back. Today, I decided to give it another chance because this restaurant is the closest McDonald's to my house. So, I ordered a McChicken meal and once again I was disappointed. My McChicken sandwich had a sticker on it. I'm going to write a formal complaint to McDonald's.

They don't care. They don't have time for anything. Sauces, too bad, wrong order, we don't care, over charged, should have confirmed it first. They don't like their job and show it with how they treat people. I am not handed my food I am thrown food with a door shut in my face if I have anything else to ask. As someone who has worked at McDonald's including my local establishment I know they should be better. From my experience day shift is on top of things and when night shift comes you get a completely different service.

Back Cash Lady Was Great Tonight! She Made Me Feel Welcome & Went Above & Beyond To Make Sure My Two Separate Orders Were Correct & Smiled & Nodded & Made Sure We Didnt Leave Without Telling Us To Have A Great Night. We Don’t Get To Many Of Those At Other Fast Foods. & I Wasn’t Rushed Either. Service Was Way Better Than The Cold Trash They Handed Out The Window 😉 Hey, At Least Their Service Is Top Tier!🤝
