After being a patient of theirs for years. They text me at 3:00pm and told me if I didn't text back by 2pm that afternoon, which had already passed, they will cancel our appointments. I work, I dont have time to text with people. I took the time to text back, they told me they had filled my husband's. They have a new policy. I called office asked to speak with the Doctor or they could correct my husband's appointment. They put me on hold. I went back and forth until I was highly upset. I cursed and screamed. They would not take a message or let me hold to talk to the doctor. The staff wanted to argue with me. Finally the Doctor got on the phone with my husband. They had a number that I had told them was not good. They did not even have my husband's number. The doctor was very nice. He was great. But I still am upset by the whole thing. No one has time for all this. It is ridiculous for a professional office wants to put rules on you and not notify you first. Plus, wouldn't you want to check with each patient to make sure you have their correct information? I would and have done all of this before implementing new procedures on my office. The doctor was only concerned because we cursed, if your office staff would not try to argue with you, it wouldn't have happened. Nice man but I cant say much for the office staff.

My family and I have been patients with this dentist for several years. Never had a bad experience. I received a statement that we had missed an appointment for our 4 year old and for that we were being billed $30. We have never missed an appointment in the years we have been there. I called Christina in billing and stated that I received this bill in error and that I didn't make an appointment that date and even though we were out of town I never received a confirmation call or anything. I was told that "Melissa, the receptionist, is good at calling and confirming appointments." I gladly paid the $30 and asked that they cancel all upcoming appointments for my family. I hope the $30 was worth losing an entire family's business. Customer service is what sets you apart from other dental offices.

Really Awesome Experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at this dentist office. The staff was very friendly, the office was clean. They have coffee which is awesome, TV in the exam room, massaging chairs. The staff was very engaging and seemed to be very genuine. Made me feel very comfortable.
