Long line of trucks I have 1-55 gallon drum I'm dropping off and I don't have a choice but to wait on a dock door I called the phone number listed and the lady that answered was very unprofessional she was like I will call down there to see if someone will come out to help you

My team driver and I went in to get checked in. We were greeted with hostility right away. Our paperwork shows a 10 am unload. The ignorant dock worker told us our appt wasn't until 12. When we tried to show him the paperwork, he told us he made the appointments and we would be unloaded last now. This is just down right ridiculous and notorious in nature. The dock worker was rude, unintelligent, and down right nasty. Our company will never take another load for these guys. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. If any company wants to deliver here, do yourself a favor and don't. It's also extremely filthy.
