Could be arthritis but I would consult with your primary care physician and get a referral for a specialist.
I have only had him thru the emergency dept and thats how he was then. He was in the room maybe 30 seconds (I have torn discs in my back and having really bad back pain) all he did was put his hand barly on my back and sent me home with a script.. I dont care for that dr at all.
